All wet areas (swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room) close 15 minutes prior to the facility closing time.
We are a fully staffed gym! We always have staff available to answer your questions and help with your fitness. Our staff are friendly and approachable so feel free to speak to our reception staff or gym floor staff.
Our busiest period is in the evening between 5.30pm-7.30pm on weekdays.
Due to the current issues surrounding COVID 19 and contact tracing we are not currently offering trials. We have temporarily excluded this options as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our members. Please refer to our memberships section for our current membership options.
Yes, we sure do!
A single casual visit is $15.
We also offer a 10 visit pass for $100.
Sweat towels are compulsory! Always have a towel with you to wipe down the equipment. Ensure you are wearing comfortable clothing (please, no jeans) and closed toe shoes excluding work boots.
If you would like to use our locker facilities, please bring your own padlock (we also sell padlocks if you need to buy one).
Also, hydration is key – remember your water bottle!

All of our instructors are fully qualified, having the knowledge to guide you through your workout and cater for your fitness levels. Please inform the instructors if you are new, pregnant or have any injuries before you begin your first class.
There are some classes we recommend trying before doing another class. Examples include: doing Mat Pilates class before attending Reformer Pilates and doing a Yoga class before attending Hot Yoga.

The minimum age for members is 16 years old.
When joining, all members under 18 must have a parent or guardian co-sign their membership application form, health screening form and terms and conditions document. Before accessing the facility unsupervised, one of our qualified personal trainers will take members through an Under 18 Safety Induction.

No, all of our group classes are included in your membership! There are over 120 classes to choose from a week!
Yes, absolutely! We offer a 1 hour one on one consultation with a qualified personal trainer called an “Orientation Session”.
This is for a one time payment of $25.
The Orientation Session includes a consultation, program design and show through, as well as optional measurements and weight tracking. Every 6-8 weeks, feel free to book in a progress session to make updates to your program, all inclusive of the one off payment of $25.
We recommend that anyone who is new to the gym, book in for a session for guidance in starting your health and fitness journey
We offer personal training sessions to members and non-members. Personal training is ideal for those looking for extra guidance with their training.
If it’s your first time doing personal training sessions with us, you can take advantage of our introductory PT package as a starting point. This gives you 3 x 30min PT sessions for $90 and allows you to “taste test” our PT service!
Yes, if you need to freeze your membership for travel, work or in the event of an injury or illness etc., we offer suspensions for all memberships. In order to suspend, you must provide the club with a completed suspension request and payment at least 1 day prior to the date of the proposed suspension. Suspensions will not be backdated.
Suspensions that are due to medical reasons will be processed free of charge when the club is provided with a medical certificate.
All of our direct debit memberships have a 1 calendar month cancellation notice period. Simply put your notice in writing (either via email or fill out a cancellation form in club) and we will send you a confirmation email of your request.
Replacement key tags are $11. Simply let us know at reception and we will organise another for you.
Absolutely – our memberships are inclusive of our 25m indoor pool. However, please be aware of the lane availability (that works around swimming lessons). Also be aware that the pool closes 15 min prior the gym closing time each night.
