The main gym floor here at Bentleigh Fitness Centre has plenty of space, filled with a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and benches as well as our vast collection of Maxim pin loaded machine weight.

In addition, when you walk out onto out main gym floor you’ll be greeted by our modern and clean Life Fitness cardio equipment tracking everything from distance to calories burned.

Our dedicated Strong Room is decked out with 3 Olympic lifting platforms, three Hammer Strength half squat racks, one Hammer Strength full squat rack, and a 14metre sled track. Perfect for barbell training, use this room to build strength, develop power improve overall athleticism.
